Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled SQL Developer with extensive experience in Tableau to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at designing, implementing, and managing complex SQL queries and database systems, while also possessing strong capabilities in creating insightful and interactive data visualizations using Tableau.


The role involves collaborating with various departments to understand data requirements, developing efficient database solutions, and producing meaningful reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities :

- SQL Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.

- Optimize SQL queries for performance and efficiency.

- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.

- Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into database solutions.

Tableau Reporting :

- Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.

- Design visually appealing and informative Tableau visualizations that provide actionable insights.

- Develop and implement best practices for Tableau report performance and design.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in Tableau reports by validating data sources and calculations.

Data Integration and Management :

- Integrate data from various sources into Tableau and SQL databases.

- Maintain data quality and consistency across different platforms.

- Implement ETL processes and data warehousing solutions as needed.

Qualifications :

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience (7+ years) as a SQL Developer and Tableau Analyst/Developer.

- Strong portfolio of Tableau dashboards and SQL projects.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

- Extensive experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.

- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

- Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
