Role : Sr. Manager-DGM-Chartered AccountantLocation : FortQualification : CAExperience : 8 to 10 yearsJob Description :➢ Critical analysis of various proposed Transactions from tax perspective➢ Proactively keeping a track of various tax and regulatory developments and evaluating the existing structures/ transactions in the light of recent developments➢ Streamlining various processes and controls within tax function including evaluating/ implementing various tech solutions to improvise efficiency/ processes➢ Undertaking various tax compliances such as advance tax, income-tax and GST returns, TDS compliance etc➢ Handling tax litigation matters including appeals, assessments, rectification etc➢ Experience in handling compliances of the regulated entities such as NBFC, AIF etc➢ FEMA advisory and compliances relating to past and proposed transactions Analyzing various deal documents from tax and regulatory perspective➢ Supervising GST compliance and advisory work➢ Discussing tax planning with tax head and implementing the same as per law➢ Preparation of Tax MIS reportExpected from Candidates:1. CA with 8-10 years of experience in handling Tax matters2. Experience in the Financial services sector and M&A Deals3. Industry preference Private Equity Funds/Private Credit Funds/Wealth firms /Family office.
