Job Brief: Lead Counsellor for Master's Programs Abroad

We are seeking an outcome-driven Lead Counsellor to guide undergraduate students through the process of pursuing their master's degrees overseas. The ideal candidate will exhibit a relentless growth mentality, possess profound expertise in international education, and have a strong commitment to achieving impactful outcomes for students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Senior Counsellors and Counsellors to achieve measurable results and impactful outcomes.

- Conduct regular outcome-focused team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and best practices.

Counselling Expertise:

- Provide specialized, outcome-oriented guidance to students considering pursuing master's degrees abroad.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends in the study abroad sector and align counselling strategies to maximize student success.

Training & Development:

- Organize regular training sessions to continually enhance the knowledge and skills of the counsellors, ensuring their effectiveness in guiding students to successful outcomes.

Camera-Friendly Presence:

- Demonstrate comfort and poise in front of the camera for virtual engagements and webinars.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- A bachelor's degree is preferred (Candidates with degrees from renowned or top-tier colleges will be preferred).

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in handling the complete process of studying abroad.

- Knowledge of at least two different countries is required (Preferred USA).

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in team handling.

Compensation: 12 - 18 LPA

Work Location: Hyderabad
