We have a new urgent GCP Data Engineer opportunity open to support a migration initiative from Teradata to Cerebro (BigQuery). This role requires a hands-on developer who can collaborate closely with our data and reporting teams to ensure smooth repointing and validation of Power BI reports.Request Details: Title:GCP Data Engineer Seniority:Mid to Senior (5–10 years’ experience) Required Tech Stack:GCP – BigQuery, Cloud Storage Database / Tools:Teradata, SQL, Power BI (report connectivity) Start Date:ASAP Soft Skills:Fluent English to work directly on an international team Overlap:Standard daily overlap with EST Work Model:100% RemoteJob Description: Support the migration of reporting data sources fromTeradata to Cerebro (BigQuery) . Repoint and validate existingPower BI reportsto new BigQuery data models. Design and develop newtables, views, and queriesin BigQuery to support migrated reports. ConductQA validationto ensure data accuracy and performance parity post-migration. Collaborate with the BI and infrastructure teams to optimize data pipelines and ensure seamless integration.
