We build innovative products that help businesses effectively manage past-due debt accounts while creating better experiences for consumers.We are seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper to own our daily and monthly financial operations, daily bookkeeping activities, month-end closes, reconciliations, improve financial processes and support leadership with accurate reporting across the parent company and its subsidiaries.This is a critical role, ideal for someone who thrives in an environment of growth, responsibility and operational complexity.Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Location: RemoteWork Hours: US Central TimeKey ResponsibilitiesHandle daily and monthly bookkeeping, including AP/AR, expense processing and reconciliations.Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers and audit-ready documentation across multiple entities.Oversee financial documentation, receipts, and audit-ready filesPrepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and support leadership in understanding trends and spending patterns.Assist with budget tracking, forecasts and identifying financial discrepancies or optimization opportunities.Manage multi-entity bookkeeping, intercompany accounting and support tax prep, audits and compliance activities.Maintain compliance with internal controls, document workflows, and reporting standardsPartner with HR, operations and sales as the primary financial point of contact.Recommend and implement improvements to financial processes, documentation and automation tools.Communicate proactively on issues, risks, or unusual activitiesRequired Skills & Qualifications5–10+ years of professional bookkeeping experienceStrong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)Direct experience in multi-entity or parent/subsidiary structuresStrong understanding of GAAP bookkeeping best practicesExperience supporting software, SaaS or PaaS business modelsExcellent communication skills and comfort working across departmentsHighly proactive, detail-oriented, and independent work styleAbility to handle sensitive and confidential financial information with discretionGood to have experience with recurring-revenue or subscription-based businessesExperience working in growing startups or dynamic environmentsMust work U.S. (Eastern) Time zone.What We OfferOpportunity to build and enhance financial processes during a key growth phaseCollaborative environment with high visibility across the organizationFlexible working arrangements (remote)Competitive compensation aligned with experience
