Frontend Developer

Responsibilities and Deliverables : - React.js Development and Architecture : Design, implement, and deploy complex, high-performance, and responsive Single Page Applications (SPAs) using React.js, React Hooks, Redux/MobX/Context API for state management, and modern styling solutions (e.g., CSS-in-JS or preprocessors).- Code Quality and Automation : Collectively assume responsibility for end-to-end product quality, including writing comprehensive unit tests (Jest/Enzyme/React Testing Library), integration tests, and implementing robust front-end test automation for repeatable test scenarios and regression prevention.- Agile Software Development : Actively participate and contribute to all Agile Ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Review, and Retrospective), demonstrating a self-driven attitude to complete assigned development artifacts and tasks determined during iteration planning.- Performance Optimization and Usability : Implement advanced strategies for front-end performance optimization (e.g., lazy loading, bundle analysis, efficient state updates) to ensure fast load times and an exceptional user experience across various platforms.- System Collaboration and Integration : Collaborate extensively with Product Managers for specification clarification, Back-End Development teams for seamless API integration (REST/GraphQL), QA engineers for quality assurance strategy, and Support teams for resolving production incidents.- Documentation and Validation : Produce, validate, and sign off on core development artifacts, including system design specifications and integration documentation. Provide clear, in-depth explanations and interpretations within the domain of front-end system architecture and implementation to all stakeholders.- Best Practices and Standards : Promote and develop the culture of collaboration, accountability, and quality by establishing and enforcing rigorous code review standards, modern coding styles (ESLint, Prettier), and principles of component reusability.Required Experience and Skills : - Core Front-End Mastery : Strong, verifiable experience (6+ years) in designing and developing highly interactive, scalable SPAs using React.js and its core libraries.- Agile Proficiency : Extensive experience working in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum/Kanban environment, with a solid understanding of iteration planning and delivery cycles.- Analytical and Troubleshooting : Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing complex application performance bottlenecks, rendering issues, and production bugs within the browser environment.- Ownership and Independence : Highly Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of feature development from conceptualization through to production deployment.- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills required for effective collaboration across globally distributed engineering and non-engineering teams.- Web Fundamentals : Deep, foundational knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+ features and paradigms).Preferred Skills :- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generation (SSG) frameworks like Next.js.- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment workflows, particularly for front-end assets.- Proven experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) for automated front-end testing and deployment.- Hands-on experience with advanced end-to-end testing frameworks, including Cypress or Playwright.- Experience integrating with and consuming GraphQL APIs (Apollo Client) for data fetching.
