Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of Vlocity developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring project success.

- Design, develop, and implement Vlocity solutions, including both functional and enterprise modules.

- Participate in Vlocity implementation projects for Group Insurers, leveraging your experience from at least 2 successful implementations.

- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Debug and resolve complex defects within the V3locity platform.

- Manage the V3locity deployment flow, ensuring smooth and efficient rollouts.

- Integrate SonarQube with V3locity to ensure code quality and maintainability.

- Develop and maintain Vlocity Data Service Studio (DSS) portals to provide user-friendly access to data.

Technical Skills :

- 8 - 12 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 5 years focused on Vitech Vlocity.

- Deep hands-on experience with V3locity, including its product suite, functionalities, and configuration options.

- Proven experience in working on both functional and enterprise Vlocity modules.

- Expertise in Java, Spring framework, Hibernate, and REST APIs.

- Proficiency in PostgreSQL database management.

- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, particularly for Vlocity projects.

- Experience with JIRA for project management and issue tracking (Bonus).

- Knowledge of Group Benefit domain and insurance industry workflows (Bonus).

- Experience with CI/CD tools for Vlocity deployments (Bonus)
