Job Title:  SDET
Location: Bengaluru, India
Work Mode: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week)
Experience Required: 3–5 Years

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Junior SDET to join our dynamic QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automation testing and performance testing , with a strong foundation in tools like Java, Selenium, Playwright, JMeter, and LoadRunner . You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through robust test automation and performance validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java , Selenium , or Playwright .
  • Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to identify test scenarios and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to test strategy and planning.
  • Maintain documentation for test cases, test plans, and test results.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Automation Testing .
  • Proficiency in Java , Selenium , or Playwright (at least one is mandatory).
  • Experience in Performance Testing using JMeter and/or LoadRunner .
  • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.
  • Exposure to cloud-based testing environments.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory.
