Position: Workday Payroll Consultant

Location: Noida, India (201309)

Duration: 12 Month Contract (Will convert after 12 months)

Salary range: $27-36/Hour LAKH (15-20/Hour USD)

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 5+ years of Workday payroll experience (US & Canada)

- Active Workday certification (any module)

- Prior experience supporting a Workday Payroll implementation

- Willingness to travel to Bangalore or Noida 1-2x/month

We are looking for consultants with Workday Payroll experience from a functional perspective to manage multiple client implementations. The Payroll modules will be for US and Canada based business. - Prior experience with managing accounting and understanding of payroll components - Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration - Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level university and hospital executives on the basis of expertise, maturity, and professionalism - Ability to train and participate in the professional development of staff in both project-management and technical dimensions - Excellent time-management and prioritization skills - Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration - Strong analytical skills and tools such as excel used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams - Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
