Key Collaborate closely with the Executive Vice President to develop and deliver innovative, data-driven digital media strategies that align with client objectives.- Work cross-functionally within Dentsu and across the global network, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of products and services to maximize business value for clients and the agency.- Oversee end-to-end project management for client communications plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.- Review and optimize media plans to enhance profitability and client value through innovation and improved workflows.- Lead, inspire, and motivate internal teams to deliver best-in-class work that meets and exceeds client expectations.- Maintain transparent and timely communication with clients, providing accurate updates, plan details, and performance insights.- Play an active role in new business development, contributing to pitches and proposals that showcase the agencys capabilities and strategic vision.- Foster strong client relationships to build trust, ensure satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in account management, preferably within digital media planning or related client servicing roles.- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex client campaigns end-to-end.- Deep understanding of digital media landscape, tools, and best practices.- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to inspire and drive high-performance teams.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographical locations.- Experience with new business pitches and client presentations.
