Role Description


1) Principal Consultants (PCs) are required for Executive Search LoB - This is a full-time role operating on a Hybrid Model.


2) As a Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing a dedicated Industry vertical, providing strategic hiring guidance & solutions to clients.


3) PCs will manage complete Search Cycle (Sourcing to candidate's proper induction at clients end.)


4) PCs will maintain industry connect, monitoring trends & analytics, industry investments/growth prospects. Actively engage as Trends Voice across platforms.


5) Will be leading & mentoring a dedicated & capable research team,


Qualifications & Experience -


  • 15+ years of experience either from Consulting / Search / Industry (B2B background).
  • Engineer + MBA from reputed institutes.
  • Client Relationship Management and Stakeholder Engagement abilities
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Experience in Business Development and Sales
  • Ability to work independently, leading a team - P&L expertise
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
