We are seeking a dedicated Content Quality Control Specialist to join our team and ensure that our content meets the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness.


Position Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Content Quality Control Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to join our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the quality of content produced by our team, including written, visual, and multimedia content. You will play a critical role in maintaining our content standards and ensuring that all deliverables align with our brand guidelines and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate content for accuracy, consistency, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines and project specifications.
  • Perform thorough proofreading and editing to identify and correct errors in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting.
  • Ensure that content meets SEO best practices and is optimized for search engines.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to provide feedback and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Monitor content production processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain and update content quality control checklists and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and prepare reports on content performance and quality metrics.
  • Address and resolve content-related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content quality control and apply this knowledge to enhance our processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in content quality control, proofreading, or editing roles.
  • Strong command of the English language with exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques for optimizing content.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and other relevant tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with content management platforms such as WordPress or similar.
  • Knowledge of content formatting and visual design principles.
  • Ability to work with multimedia content and understand its impact on overall quality.
