Our elegant and versatile designs allow women to embrace their true selves and feel fashionable in any setting.Role DescriptionThis is a role for an on-site Social Media Manager located in Jaipur with 2-3 years of experience.Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing Kasya's social media presence, creating and implementing content strategies, optimizing social media channels for engagement (Social Media Optimization - SMO), and writing engaging posts and content. Tasks also include interacting with followers,influencers, analyzing metrics, and coordinating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand strategy.Qualifications- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills - Strong Communication and Writing skills - Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy - Proven track record in managing social media accounts and growing engagement - Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics - Ability to work on-site in Jaipur - Relevant experience in fashion or lifestyle industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Ability to multi task and follow deadlines
