Require knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, & DHCP monitoring & management. Require knowledge on windows server patching & windows failover clustering. Working knowledge of installing and troubleshooting windows applications, server roles & feature. Experience in troubleshooting Hyper V infrastructure. Require knowledge on Snapshots, Clone. Server migration etc. Experience in troubleshooting Azure VDI Issue Knowledge of ITIL process & IT service management. Candidate should be willing to work in a shift based 24*5 environment. Experience in Troubleshooting Azure InfraIt’s good to have: Sound knowledge and understanding of Azure Infrastructure management. Basic knowledge and understanding of Azure network
