Job Description (Hybrid):

- As a Territory Head for E-Agency at Niva Bupa Health Insurance, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing operations in the Lucknow and Kanpur divisions.

- You will oversee a team of sales representatives and ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.

- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners.

- Identify and address client needs and concerns.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in sales management and team leadership.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong understanding of the insurance industry and sales processes.

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
