Job Title : Web DeveloperExperience Required : 1 to 5 YearsEmployment Type : Full-TimeNOTE : Candidates from the Punjab region or open to relocating to Punjab should apply for this role.Job Summary :We are looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our development team.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PHP development, working with MVC architecture, and integrating various CMS and frameworks.You will be responsible for building dynamic websites and web applications that are scalable, secure, and user-friendly.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain dynamic websites and web applications using PHP and MVC frameworks.- Work with databases, primarily MySQL, to manage and retrieve data efficiently.- Customise and manage CMS platforms such as Magento, Joomla, and WordPress.- Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement responsive and interactive front-end features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.- Stay updated with emerging web technologies and apply them to operations and activities.Required Skills :- Strong proficiency in PHP, MVC architecture, and MySQL- Experience with frameworks like Laravel and CakePHP- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms : Magento, Joomla, WordPress- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript- Ability to write clean, well-documented, and reusable code- Good problem-solving and debugging skills- Strong communication and teamwork abilitiesPreferred Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations- Familiarity with version control systems like Git- Knowledge of web security best practicesWhat We Offer :- A collaborative and innovative work environment- Opportunities for professional growth and development- Competitive compensation and benefits (ref:hirist.tech)
