As a Purchase Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of goods and services necessary for the organization's operations.

- Evaluate, select, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services.

- Establish and maintain strong supplier Leadership:


- Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support.

- Assign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance and Cost Control:


- Prepare and manage the procurement budget.

- Monitor spending and implement cost control measures to optimize Management:


- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to meet operational needs.

- Implement inventory control measures to minimize carrying and Risk Management:


- Ensure procurement activities comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Assess and mitigate risks related to procurement, such as supply chain Evaluation:


- Conduct supplier performance evaluations and audits.

- Address any issues or concerns related to supplier performance Management:


- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, including terms and conditions.

- Ensure all contractual obligations are Assurance:


- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that purchased goods and services meet quality Research:

- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience in procurement, with a minimum of 5-7 years in a managerial role.
