Description :We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will define scalable, production-grade architectures across model development, training, deployment, and orchestration integrating LLMs, MLOps, and distributed data systems.You will collaborate closely with Data Science, ML Engineering, and Business teams to drive innovation and technical excellence in the AI roadmap.Key Responsibilities :- Define and own end-to-end AI/ML architecture, from data pipelines to production deployment.- Evaluate and select ML frameworks, tools, and platforms to ensure scalability, cost-efficiency, and maintainability.- Design feature stores, data pipelines, and inference services for real-time and batch ML workloads.- Establish best practices for model governance, versioning, and reproducibility.- Lead LLM integration with business applications using LangChain, LangGraph, and related frameworks.- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and roadmap alignment for engineering and data science teams.Key Skills & Competencies :- Expertise in Python, FastAPI, and PySpark for large-scale data engineering.- Strong grounding in ML algorithms: supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.- Proficiency with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost).- Hands-on experience in LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, LangFlow).- Experience in MLOps and cloud AI platforms: AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI.- Deep understanding of prompt engineering, Agentic AI, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and scalable data infrastructure.Mandatory AI/ML Packages :- scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost,- TensorFlow, Torch, TorchVision, Keras,- Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, Dask, Polars,- MLflow, SageMaker, FastAPI, Flask, Uvicorn, AioHTTP,- SQLAlchemy, PyMongo, Boto3, Redis,- Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, YData-Profiling,- LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, LangFlow, TransformersDesired AI/ML Packages :- Accelerate, Sentence-Transformers, FAISS,- AutoGen, CrewAI, Cerberus, Qdrant-Client, TechAhead :TechAhead is a global digital transformation company with a strong presence in the USA and India.
