Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive in Content Marketing who can assist in content generation, repurposing, planning, strategizing, and executing content strategies. This role is not limited to writing but requires a custodian who can manage content workflows within teams effectively.

What will be your key responsibilities?


  1. Planning and Strategy: Develop long-term and short-term content strategies with detailed rationales, budgets, objectives, and execution plans.
  2. Content Management: Lead and manage a team of content creators, ensuring the production of high-quality, engaging, and informative content related to finance, legal, and the startup ecosystem.
  3. Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless content creation and distribution processes, and ensure all content aligns with the overall strategy.
  4. Research: Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, regulatory updates, and market insights to support content development and strategy.
  5. Thought Leadership: Contribute to Treelife’s thought leadership by generating innovative ideas and perspectives on industry-related topics.
  6. Content Calendar: Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
  7. Repurposing Content: Repurpose existing content to maximize its reach and impact across various platforms.
  8. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  9. Implement SEO best practices to increase content visibility and engagement.


Key qualifications for the role?

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content execution and management
  • Graduation degree in any field, however, Finance, Law, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficient in using and WordPress for content distribution
  • Acquainted with SEO principles and best practices
  • Strong research abilities and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with the startup landscape and current industry trends
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for a broad audience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
