Talent Worx is seeking a passionate Product Owner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the development team understands the requirements necessary to deliver high-quality solutions. Your ability to connect with stakeholders and communicate effectively will facilitate the prioritization of features and ensure the product evolves to meet both customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and communicate the product vision and strategy to align all stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the development team and stakeholders, providing clarifications on requirements and changes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, and marketing, to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Evaluate product progress through regular reviews and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to refine and improve the product.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar).
  • Relevant certifications (CSPO, PSM, or similar) are a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
