Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Advertising Manager. As a Digital Advertising Manager at RoscheDion, you will be responsible for orchestrating sophisticated digital advertising campaigns across various platforms and channels. Your day-to-day tasks will include ideating and executing high-impact digital advertising strategies, meticulously analyzing campaign performance, and continuously optimizing to achieve the highest return on investment (ROI). You will stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices in digital advertising, leveraging your deep understanding of the digital landscape to drive conversions and elevate the RoscheDion brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize ROI.
- Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize high-performing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and more.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, generate insightful reports, and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Budget Management: Oversee the digital advertising budget, ensuring efficient allocation and spending to achieve the best results.
- Industry Expertise: Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital advertising and integrate these insights into campaign strategies.
- Team Leadership: Potential to build and lead a high-performing digital advertising team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies and insights.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of driving successful digital advertising campaigns.
- Deep proficiency in digital advertising platforms and tools, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and others.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in the fashion industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize spending for maximum impact.
Salary
The salary range for this position is between 700K INR to 950K INR annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
