Job Title: Quality Assurance Automation Lead

Role Description:

- We are seeking a full time, on site Quality Assurance Automation Lead based in Ahmedabad.

- This position is responsible for leading the Quality Assurance (QA) efforts, with a focus on automation, to ensure the highest quality standards in product development and delivery.

- The ideal candidate will oversee quality control, quality management, and the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

- The role includes quality auditing, maintaining compliance with internal and external standards, and playing a critical role in the product life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the QA automation efforts to streamline testing processes.

- Oversee quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to standards.

- Implement and enforce Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.

- Conduct quality audits and manage quality management systems.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality from the initial stages of product development.

- Maintain and update quality documentation and ensure transparency in processes.

- Provide guidance and training on quality standards to internal teams.

- Ensure Agile practices are followed within QA Proven expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with a focus on automation.

- Strong experience in Quality Management.

- Proficient in Quality Auditing and maintaining compliance standards.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Experience working in an Agile environment.

- Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in High tech, Retail & E commerce, or Energy industries.

- Familiarity with industry specific QA standards.

- Hands on experience with QA automation tools and frameworks.

- Understanding of cloud based solutions, particularly with Microsoft, Google, or AWS.
