Job Summary:

 

We are looking for a Presales Manager with strong customer facing & interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate

will have experience in working with solutions advisory to offer solutions and playing a key role in supporting sales opportunities through to conversion. The candidate must have experience is driving discovery calls with prospects, deep understanding of business articles in different verticals and preparing and presenting demos.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Driving customer calls supporting the sales team in discovery & requirement understanding sessions
  • Mapping the business requirements of prospects with the solutions landscape of the technology stack offerings of the organisation
  • Preparing and presenting standard as well as custom demonstration on the Salesforce Platform for customers
  • Drafting Scope of Work documents and effort estimations
  • CxO Mapping and Stakeholder Management
  • Building assets internally for the organisation on different industry verticals

 

Requirements:

 

  • Come up with experience range of 0-2 years, engineering fresher may also apply.
  • engineering role
  • Ability to come up with original ideas, thoughts and align them to create customer relevant CRM
  • solution.
  • Experience of working with CRM platform and should have done presales for CRM organisations
  • Should have very good experience in responding to RFI/RFQ/RFP.
  • Professional solutioning experience in industry vertical like BFSI, Manufacturing, Real
  • Estate, etc.
  • Delivering Presentations and demo with client and address any questions they may have from Adoption Standpoint.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Business curiosity with an ability to summarize information into relevant details
