Job Title: Oracle Pro*C DeveloperLocation: RemoteDuration: Contract Shift Timing :- 4:30 PM IST to 1:30 AM IST**Pro*C, Oracle, PL SQL, Linux is mandatory skills**Job Responsibilities:Utilize best practices for developing, testing, and deploying Pro*C code.Develop reusable functions and C based core libraries.Help build and foster an open standard approach to the development lifecycle.Good analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.Good written and oral communication skills.Proven ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly.Must be motivated, independent and self-sufficient and is able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion.Must have a strong programming background authoring well-written, well documented, modular and unit tested clean code.Must be well organized, a good communicator, able to effectively prioritize tasks, and manage your projects from concept to production.Must be well able to brainstorm with others, thrive in a collaborative team environment, multitask, and quickly adapt to change.Possess leadership skills and ability to be led in a manner that is healthy to our positive and productive work environment with minimal supervision.Qualifications:Education: bachelor’s degree in computer science, or similar.Previous experience as an Oracle Pro*C developer in a high-volume transaction-based processing system.At least 10+ years of strong software engineering experience. 5 years of hands-on Linux scripting and administration or experience with managing middleware application technologies is required.At least 3 years of experience with deployment of enterprise scale software.Work closely with Development and QA teams to help ensure end-to-end quality.Experience delivering solutions using Agile Scrum.Working knowledge of Git/GitHub Enterprise and Jira/Confluence
