Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design process from user research to final implementation, ensuring seamless integration between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and translate requirements into intuitive and impactful user interfaces.

- Design and deliver wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and high-fidelity prototypes across various platforms.

- Develop responsive UI layouts and design systems, ensuring consistent visual language across web and mobile applications.

- Optimize UI/UX designs through continuous feedback, usability testing, and iteration.

- Mentor junior designers/developers, providing guidance on design best practices and process improvements.

- Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance user experience.

Skills Required :

- 4-8 years of proven experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.

- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work across multiple platforms (to be presented during the interview).

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

- Deep understanding of design principles for web and mobile (particularly Android).

- Experience working with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript (React/Angular knowledge is a plus).

- Ability to build interactive prototypes and conduct user research and usability testing.

- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a keen aesthetic sense.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
