Studio Paperheads is looking for aVisual Communication Designerto join our growing team of curious minds and sharp creatives.This role is focused on creating impactfuldigital content and campaigns , where you’ll transform strategic ideas into engaging visual stories across platforms. You’ll work on everything from motion graphics and illustrations to content ideation and design execution for ongoing brand communication.Responsibilities Design and execute visual communication acrossdigital campaigns, social media, and other brand touchpoints. Take complete ownership of one or more brands, includingcontent planning, creative direction, and execution. Createmotion graphics, animations, and illustrationsthat bring ideas to life across digital platforms. Collaborate closely with senior designers and strategists to maintain creative consistency across touchpoints. Contribute fresh ideas and creative approaches during brainstorming and reviews. Stay curious about new trends, tools, and techniques — especially within motion, digital storytelling, and AI-assisted design.Qualifications 1–3 years of experienceworking at a reputed design studio or creative agency. Bachelor’s degreein a design-related field is mandatory. Applicants with diplomas or certifications will not be considered. Strong skills inmotion graphics, animation, and illustration . Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite(Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) A strong grasp ofcontent creation and storytellingfor digital and social media platforms. Familiarity withAI tools(such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Runway) to enhance creative exploration.
