Position Summary

The Quality Assurance Manager is tasked with developing strategic direction for our QA practices, ensuring a culture of transparency and alignment with development priorities. This includes leveraging cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to embed industry best practices and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities into our testing framework, thereby ensuring the delivery of superior-quality products.


The incumbent collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to infuse testing expertise, support development practices with AI-driven insights, and scrutinize service or performance gaps. This position requires robust analytical and decision-making skills, with responsibilities including conducting briefings, leading technical cross-functional meetings, and upholding a strong commitment to process improvement. Additionally, the QA Manager manages customer requests related to application functionality and defect resolutions, ensuring world-class customer service.


Work Design:


Operating under general management direction, the Quality Assurance Manager sets goals leveraging unit objectives and profound expertise in QA, digital transformation, and AI. This leadership role requires exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, enabling the facilitation and participation in technical discussions, a strong commitment to workflow efficiency, and the highest service standards.


This is a leadership position that not only requires a deep understanding of QA principles and practices but also the ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving excellence in all aspects of quality assurance. The incumbent's role is critical in supporting both cloud and on-premises testing environments, with a focus on delivering seamless, high-quality services and products that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • the planning and execution of automated and manual testing for multiple projects, including web services and mobile/OTT applications, ensuring high-quality release deliveries.
  • the daily operations and priorities of the QA team, fostering consistent reporting practices and prompt resolution of customer issues.

Qualifications
