Hybris Lead

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for Hybris Lead candidates.

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: PAN India

Role:

• Responsible for delivery management of various ecommerce enhancements and bug fixes as part of sprints or standalone projects

• Use their commerce expertise to analyze, scope and estimate the effort and timelines for new requirements. Participate in refining high level requirements through clarifications sessions with internal IT SMEs or business teams. Participate in Architecture discussion and provide their inputs based on their eCommerce experience

• Support the team in their issue resolution and providing them help, if needed, from external teams

Experience:

• 7-8 years of hybris experience with hands on back office and other hybris setup/configuration experience

• Understanding of end-to-end ecommerce process and technical elements including in - order management, distribution and transportation processes

• Experience working in agile scrum methodology including managing the Jira sprints.

• Experience in analyzing, scoping, estimating requirements and providing level of effort and timelines and then converting these into detailed plan

• Track record of meeting delivery commitments

• Interact with multiple functional/IT teams (Web, eCommerce, Logistics, ERP, EDI etc.) to create a process maps and data mapping.

• Experience in both B2C and B2B eCommerce projects (must have)

• Experience in working in a quick moving agile environment.
