Description:About the OpportunityWe are seeking a .NET Developer with strong hands-on experience in .NET Core, .NET Framework, REST APIs, and SQL Server to join our dynamic development team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and integration of enterprise-grade web applications using modern .NET technologies, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where innovation and technical expertise are valued. You will work on end-to-end development, integrating backend systems, APIs, and cloud applications to support mission-critical solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain web applications and REST APIs using .NET Core and .NET Framework.- Implement and optimize backend logic, database queries, and stored procedures using SQL Server.- Work on MVC-based architectures, ensuring modularity, scalability, and maintainability of the codebase.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and QA testers to deliver high-quality releases.- Develop and integrate third-party APIs, ensuring robust authentication, data handling, and performance optimization.- Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.- Utilize Git for version control, branching, and code collaboration in an Agile setup.- Identify and resolve application performance issues, database bottlenecks, and integration challenges.- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.- Exposure to Azure cloud applications is an added advantage.Required Skills and Qualifications :- 3 to 6 years of hands-on development experience with .NET Core and .NET Framework.- Strong experience in building REST APIs, MVC applications, and integration services.- Proficiency in SQL Server writing queries, stored procedures, triggers, and database optimization.- Solid understanding of OOP principles, software design patterns, and layered architecture.- Familiarity with Git and unit testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest).- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD workflows.- Ability to debug, analyze, and resolve production issues effectively.- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a proactive problem-solving attitude.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Preferred Skills:- Experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, or Azure SQL.- Exposure to containerized deployments (Docker) and cloud-native integrations.- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React) for front-end collaboration.- Knowledge of Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and asynchronous programming (async/await).- Basic understanding of DevOps tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
