- We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Director to lead our creative team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to inspire and guide a team of designers.
- As a Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our projects, from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, ensuring high-quality output and creative consistency.
- Develop and execute visually compelling concepts for events, brand promotions, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Copywriters, Account Managers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and impactful creative solutions.
- Oversee all phases of the creative process, including brainstorming, concept development, design, and final execution.
- Ensure all designs align with client objectives, brand guidelines, and project requirements.
- Present and articulate creative concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in an experiential marketing agency or related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and campaigns.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Ability to think strategically and conceptually, with a deep understanding of design principles and brand identity.
- Proven track record of successful project management and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
