Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant (Female) to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to our executives, ensuring efficient operation and management of their schedules and responsibilities.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in calendar management software to effectively manage executives' appointments and schedules.
  • Expertise in travel booking tools to arrange travel itineraries and accommodations smoothly and efficiently.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite for creating reports, presentations, and managing documentation.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace to coordinate and organize virtual meetings and collaboration.
  • Experience with project management software to assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables.
  • Ability to operate virtual meeting platforms for scheduling and managing virtual conferences and discussions.
  • Competence in expense reporting software to accurately prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and conflict resolution.
  • Plan and organize travel itineraries, including flight booking, accommodation, and required logistics.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Organize virtual meetings, ensuring proper setup and communication of meeting details to participants.
  • Support project management activities by coordinating tasks and deadlines with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare, review, and submit accurate expense reports for executive review and approval.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making processes.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
