Description:Role: Manufacturing Client Lead Digital Transformation & Data.Location: Bangalore / Travel to USA.Candidates who have valid UK work permit ) can also apply.Experience: 5+ years.About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on leader to own key manufacturing client relationships and drive end-to-end digital transformation programs, with a strong focus on data and measurable business impact.This role combines client leadership, functional consulting, and presales across complex manufacturing engagements.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary partner for key manufacturing clients, owning the relationship, transformation roadmap, and outcomes.- Lead functional consulting: as-is/to-be process mapping, requirements gathering, and alignment across business stakeholders.- Lead discovery, assessment, and solution design for digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing functions and the broader value chain.- Translate business problems into dataand analytics-led solutions in close collaboration with product, data, and engineering teams.- Drive presales cycles: opportunity qualification, solution shaping, proposal and SOW creation, solution walkthroughs, and executive presentations.- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development (frameworks, playbooks, case 5+ years of experience in consulting / digital transformation / solution leadership within the manufacturing domain.- Proven end-to-end ERP implementation experience (or similar), with a strong functional consulting background across manufacturing processes and value chains.- Strong grounding in data, analytics, and BI (data models, KPIs, dashboards) and ease working with data/technical teams.- Demonstrated presales experience: shaping solutions, building proposals/SOWs, and presenting to senior executives.- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills.
