Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Production Support Location: BengaluruJob Summary: We are looking for a skilledSite Reliability Engineer (SRE)with strong experience inproduction support, DevOps practices, and cloud infrastructure management . The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the reliability, performance, and scalability of critical systems through automation, monitoring, and proactive incident management.Key Responsibilities: Provide24/7 production supportfor business-critical applications, ensuring system uptime and reliability. Monitor and manage system health using tools such asPagerDutyandApplication Performance Monitoring (APM)tools. Implement and maintainCI/CD pipelinesusingJenkinsand other automation tools. Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently. Work withAWS or Azurecloud platforms for deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Performroot cause analysis (RCA)and drive preventive measures for recurring incidents. Manage and optimizedatabase systems(SQL/NoSQL) to ensure availability and performance. Develop scripts or automation tools to streamline operations and improve reliability. Support release and deployment processes following DevOps best practices.Required Skills & Experience: 4–8 years of experience inSite Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Support . Strong knowledge ofcloud platforms– AWS or Azure. Hands-on experience withJenkinsandCI/CD pipelines . Proficiency inmonitoring and alerting tools(PagerDuty, APM tools such as Datadog, AppDynamics, or New Relic). Basic to intermediatedatabase knowledge(PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.). Strong understanding ofincident, change, and problem managementprocesses (ITSM). Scripting experience inPython, Shell, or Bashis an advantage. Excellent communication and analytical skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset.Key Skills: Production Support Devops SRE Database Knowledge PagerDuty Jenkins Aws/Azure CI/CD APM
