DENTSU - Senior Account Manager - Paid Search

Description:- Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account strategies in partnership with clients and the PPC Director, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.- Manage the operational success of accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and meet performance targets.- Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for day-to-day client interactions and campaign execution.- Identify growth opportunities, plan account expansions, and collaborate with Account Directors to maximize client success.- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and proactive management of expectations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Client Services, Analytics, and other channel teams, to optimize campaign performance.- Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Required Skills & 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC / paid search campaigns.- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid search platforms.- Experience in campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.- Proven client management skills, with the ability to influence and manage expectations.- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, performance analysis, and data-driven decision making.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Preferred Skills:- Experience in eCommerce, D2C, or performance marketing environments.- Familiarity with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution models.- Certification in Google Ads or Microsoft Ads is a plus.
