Contract position in Chennai / Mumbai.Other Roles and Responsibilities Application support profile In-depth knowledge in SQL. Hands on in IT Helpdesk Proven experience troubleshooting security issues across various technologies Azure AD skills Customer-centric career experience and excellent Time management skills. Ability to work within customer focused team and Excellent communication skills Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution. Troubleshoot and resolve issues through sharing best practices and direct resolution. Excellent written and verbal communication and effective organizational and multi-tasking skills. Proven ability to quickly learn new technical domains and train others. Should be flexible to work in an operational environment and on-call schedule.
