The role involves troubleshooting, providing field service, offering technical support, and performing maintenance and repair tasks for various healthcare equipment. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and fixing equipment issues, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance of medical equipment.Location -New Delhi/Pan India (Travelling required: 90% Across India)Open positions: 05 Engineers / Sr. Engineers– Experience:3 to 8 years 05 Fresh Graduates– Experience:0 years (Eligibility:Consistent academic score of60% or abovethroughout and graduation atechnical domain)Key Responsibilities • Perform on-site installation and commissioning ofCT Scanners, MRI, PET-CT, and Gamma Camera systems. • Ensure proper calibration and configuration of equipment as per manufacturer guidelines. • Conduct initial testing and validation to ensure optimal performance. • Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime. • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in imaging systems. • Replace or repair faulty components and ensure compliance with safety standards. • Respond promptly to service calls and resolve issues at client sites across India. • Provide remote support when feasible and escalate complex issues to OEMs or internal experts. • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution. • Maintain accurate service logs, installation reports, and maintenance records. • Document technical issues and resolutions for internal knowledge sharing. • Provide feedback to improve service processes and product performance. • Educate clients on basic equipment usage, safety protocols, and troubleshooting steps. • Build strong relationships with hospital and diagnostic center staff to ensure smooth operations. • Travel extensively (up to 90%) across India to attend service calls and installations. • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams for timely availability of spare parts and tools. • Adhere to travel schedules and service SLAs.Qualifications Bachelor's /B-tech degree in engineering or related field 0–8 years of experience in servicing healthcare imaging equipment. Strong knowledge of CT, MRI, PET-CT, and Gamma Camera systems. Familiarity with Philips, GE, and Siemens equipment is a must. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
