Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Marketing and Brand In-Charge to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate the Kama Jewelry brand to new heights. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels including social media, website, exhibitions, and PR forums. They will oversee a team of SEO specialists, social media managers, content creators, and graphic designers to ensure cohesive brand messaging and maximum visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

- Oversee the creation of compelling content for digital platforms including social media, website, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.

- Lead SEO efforts to optimize website traffic and improve search engine rankings.

- Manage social media presence across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Coordinate with the content creation team to ensure alignment with brand messaging and values.

- Supervise graphic design projects for digital and print materials, maintaining brand consistency and visual identity.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
