Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in continuous research by reviewing academic papers and industry reports to stay updated with the latest developments in Large Language Model (LLM) technology.
  • Serve as the go-to expert within the company for the application and best practices related to LLMs.
  • Design and implement new features that leverage the capabilities of LLMs to enhance our product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design, to transition projects from research prototypes to production-level solutions.
  • Deliver clear and effective communication, both internally to team members and externally to stakeholders, simplifying complex technical details for a non-technical audience.


Qualifications:

  • A robust background in computer science, with a strong focus on machine learning, natural language processing, and AI ethics.
  • Demonstrated experience and passionate engagement with the LLM landscape.
  • Ability to navigate and innovate within ambiguous and challenging problem spaces.
  • Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in distilling complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of working on sophisticated technical challenges in LLM research or commercial applications.
  • Active participation in open-source projects is highly desirable.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in NLP and machine learning operations (MLOps).
  • Prior experience in developing and deploying LLM-based solutions in a research or commercial setting.
