Job Description: International Sales Manager - Rice

Company: MOI Commodities India Pvt. Ltd. (Mewah Group)

Location: Delhi NCR (NSP)

Job Type: Full-Time (5-days work week)

Reporting to: Category Head, Rice

About the Role:

Join Mewah Group as an International Sales Manager for our Rice Business, where you'll be pivotal in driving international market expansion, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

We are seeking an experienced professional to help us grow our presence in the global rice market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Expansion and Development

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.

- Leverage existing customer and broker relationships while cultivating new partnerships.

- Customer Relationship Management

- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Develop and manage comprehensive customer and market databases.

- Coordination and Operations

- Collaborate with the operations team to manage shipments and ensure on-time delivery.

- Oversee timely payment collections and address customer queries proactively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in sales or marketing

Experience: At least 5+ years in international sales, with expertise in selling basmati and non-basmati rice.

Skills:

- Strong communication skills with an understanding of international cultural differences.

- Knowledge of a foreign language (preferred).

- Willingness to travel for business.
