Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Assistant/ Draftsmen located in Chennai. The Architectural Assistant/ Draftsmen will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, assisting with planning, and creating construction-focused documents. The role includes collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure that designs align with project specifications and requirements.QualificationsProficiency in architectural drawings and construction drawingsStrong knowledge of architecture and planning principlesAttention to detail and precision in drawing preparationExcellent communication and teamwork skillsProficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Design, or related field preferredExperience in sustainable design practices is advantageous
