Job Title: Senior Designer & Editor

In-office, full-time

The Role

We're looking for a visual creative who can lead both design and editing with clarity, taste, and originality. As the Designer & Editor, you'll take ownership of how our brand and client brands show up, from scroll-stopping social content to clean, cohesive visual storytelling. This role goes beyond just execution. It's about shaping how ideas come to life visually and narratively across platforms, and making sure everything feels fresh, intentional, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Visual Storytelling:

  • Design social-first graphics, carousels, and layouts
  • Create marketing assets — from decks to brochures
  • Design within brand guidelines across different visual styles
  • Use tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, ChatGPT, or Figma to build sharp, clean visuals

Video Editing

  • Edit short-form video content (reels, interviews, brand snippets)
  • Cut, sequence, and polish footage with a strong sense of rhythm
  • Add motion, captions, and design elements to bring stories to life
  • Work within visual brand systems to keep things cohesive

Creative Ownership

  • Collaborate closely with our team on campaigns and content ideas
  • Take charge of visual direction across projects
  • Bring consistency and originality to all creative outputs
  • Stay tuned into content trends and know how to use them wisely

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work across internal and client accounts
  • Contribute to shaping the visual tone of different brands
  • Adapt quickly to different content needs
  • Be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and proactive

What We're Looking For●

  • 3-4 years of experience in design and video editing
  • Strong graphic design skills and video editing skills for reels
  • A sharp eye for layout, typography, and visual rhythm
  • Ability to lead projects independently and collaborate across teams
  • Familiarity with content formats for Instagram

Nice to Have

  • Experience in agency or client-facing roles
  • Interest in storytelling, branding, or content creation
  • Experience working in fast-moving or startup environments
