As a Director – Commercial Due Diligence , you’ll: 🔹 Lead end-to-end CDD and growth strategy projects for PE and corporate clients 🔹 Advise on market entry, competitive positioning, and investment theses 🔹 Work across pharma, medtech, healthcare delivery, and health-tech 🔹 Collaborate with financial and operational due diligence teams on complex deals 🔹 Build client relationships and shape the HLS advisory agenda What we’re looking for: ✅ 12–18 years in consulting / CDD / strategy / M&A advisory ✅ Strong HLS sector experience (must-have)✅ Exceptional analytical, storytelling, and stakeholder skills ✅ CA/MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute Join a team that’s influencing some of the most significant healthcare transactions in the market.
