Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist at HOUSE OF TRAVELLERS in Lucknow. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, creating engaging social media content, implementing digital marketing strategies, and enhancing overall marketing communication efforts.


Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills
  • Digital Marketing and Marketing skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms
  • Run google ads and marketing campaigns
  • Experience in implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Knowledge of analytics tools for measuring social media performance
  • Experience with influencer marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Strategy:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable social media content (text, images, videos).
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
  • Conduct social media audits and competitor analysis.
  • Manage social media calendars and scheduling.


Community Management:

  • Monitor and respond to social media mentions, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and grow online communities by engaging with followers and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Identify and address potential social media crises.
  • Passion for social media and a strong understanding of social media trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Social Media Advertising:

  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Manage social media budgets effectively.
  • Generate reports on social media performance, including key metrics such as reach, engagement, and ROI.


Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Contribute to the development of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Portfolio of successful social media campaigns (required).


Salary slab: Between IN 18000 - INR 25000/-

Location - Lucknow

Hours : 10:00 Am to 07:00 Pm
