Job Location: Phase 8 Industrial Area, Mohali

Shift: Night Shift

Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM


Note: Both side Cab Facility for Female Candidates.


Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

-Source and attract qualified US healthcare professionals using various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, and referrals.

-Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific positions.

-Facilitate the on-boarding process for selected candidates, including verifying employment eligibility and conducting background checks.

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment system.

-Stay updated on US healthcare regulations and industry trends to effectively match candidates with client needs.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.


Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharma, M.Pharma, MBA Healthcare

-Previous experience as a US Healthcare Recruiter is a Plus Point.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

-Freshers & Experience both can apply for this role.
