About the Role As a Golang & Blockchain Developer, you will be part of a core engineering team responsible for designing and implementing high-performance backend systems and blockchain solutions. You’ll work on distributed architectures, smart contracts, and scalable microservices that power secure, enterprise-grade products. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge blockchain technologies, while contributing to mission-critical business systems.Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalablebackend services using Golang . • Build and deployprivate blockchain networks(Hyperledger Fabric). • Develop and optimizesmart contracts (chaincode)in Go for enterprise workflows. • Implementsecure APIs and microservicesfor blockchain data and integrations. • Collaborate withcross-functional teams(Product, DevOps, QA, and Architecture) to deliver reliable solutions. • Conductperformance optimization, testing, and debuggingof blockchain nodes and Go services. • Writetechnical documentationfor blockchain modules and integration workflows. • Research and evaluatenew blockchain frameworks, tools, and cryptographic techniquesto enhance platform capabilities. • Contribute to improvingDevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines , and system observability for blockchain networks.Requirements • Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science or related field from a reputed institution. • 4–8 years of total software development experience, with2+ years in Golang . • Hands-on experience inblockchain development(preferably Hyperledger Fabric). • Strong understanding ofsmart contracts, consensus algorithms, and peer-to-peer architecture . • Proficiency inREST APIs, gRPC, and microservices design patterns . • Knowledge ofcryptographic protocols, digital signatures, and key management . • Familiarity withDocker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools . • Working knowledge ofKafka, RabbitMQ , or other event-driven systems is a plus. • Cloud experience onAWS / Azure / GCPis desirable. • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and ownership mindset.Why Join Us?
