The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver high-quality talent that aligns with business requirements and culture.This role requires strong communication, candidate engagement skills, sourcing creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating final selectionsEngage with hiring managers to understand role requirements, business priorities, and talent expectationsUse multiple sourcing tools & channels (LinkedIn, Internal Databases, Referrals, etc.) to build strong candidate pipelinesEvaluate candidates’ experience, skills, cultural fit, communication, and role suitabilitySchedule interviews, manage follow-ups, and maintain smooth communication throughout the hiring processConduct pre-screening and behavioral assessments to ensure quality of shortlisted candidatesMaintain recruitment dashboards, pipelines, and candidate data in ATS/Recruitment trackersEnsure a positive candidate experience from application to onboardingAchieve weekly/monthly hiring targets and contribute to continuous process improvementQualificationsBachelor's / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3 – 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (RPO, BPO, corporate recruitment, or staffing preferred)Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation approachesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred SkillsEnd-to-End Recruitment & Stakeholder CoordinationScreening, Interviewing & Candidate AssessmentStrong Sourcing Skills (LinkedIn / Job Boards / Referrals)ATS / Recruitment Tracker ExperienceNegotiation & Offer ClosureTime Management & PrioritizationRelationship Building & Candidate EngagementResult-Oriented & Process-Driven MindsetJob Details & CompensationPosition: Talent Acquisition ExecutiveLocation: Baner, PuneWork Mode: On-site, 5 days/weekWork Hours: 12 PM – 9 PM IST Experience: 3 – 4 YearsSalary: 5 – 6 LPAJoining: Immediate joiners preferredPerks & BenefitsFamily Health InsuranceProvident Fund (PF) BenefitsRewards & Recognition (Monthly & Quarterly)Fun, Collaborative Work Culture with frequent team activities and events
