
Business Analyst, WHS, Safety Learning and Development Team

As a Business Analyst, you will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, extract and analyze data from the Learning Management System (LMS), and deliver insights through clear reporting. This role requires someone who can build strong relationships, simplify processes, and continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency while meeting deadlines. This role will work closely across a broad range of teams in an exciting, fast-paced, and changing environment.
Key job responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business requirements.
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data from the Learning Management System (LMS) to create accurate, timely, and meaningful reports.
- Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders while ensuring data integrity and meeting deadlines.
- Thrive in ambiguous situations by quickly adapting to evolving priorities and finding solutions with limited guidance.
- Identify opportunities to invent and simplify processes, reporting mechanisms, and workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering trust and strong working relationships.
- Maintain a high bar for accuracy and completeness in all reporting deliverables.
- Performing root cause analysis and resolving Trouble Tickets.
About the team
The Safety Learning and Development (SLeD) team is part of the Worldwide Ergonomics and Safety Experience (WESE) team. SLeD designs and develops safety training, that adheres to adult learning theory principles, to increase learner retention by reducing cognitive overload. The team’s focus areas include delivering onboarding, annual refresher, and developmental training.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets/Tableau (pivot tables, formulas, basic dashboards).
- Ability to extract and analyze data from databases, LMS, or reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in ambiguity.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with LMS.- Familiarity with SQL or other query languages for data extraction.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight).
- Experience collaborating and working with international stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
