We are currently seeking a highly skilled SAP PI/PO Consultant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

Role Overview :

As an SAP PI/PO Consultant, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our SAP PI/PO systems. You will be responsible for supporting various aspects of SAP Process Integration and Orchestration, including incident and problem management, change requests, and system enhancements. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring smooth integration and functionality across our SAP landscape, including SAP S/4 HANA and legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform due diligence and knowledge transition from the project team.

- Engage in shadowing and reverse shadowing to ensure comprehensive understanding.

- Oversee stabilization and operational support for SAP PI/PO systems.

- Manage incident and problem resolution, change requests, and impact analysis.

- Prepare and maintain documentation including SOPs, Technical Specifications (TS), and test scripts.

- Coordinate and execute SAP PI/PO support and development activities within AMS engagements.

- Collaborate with BPO/Business users to gather and clarify requirements.

- Develop, test, and deploy new or modified complex PI maps, including SAP proxies, ABAP classes, web services, and APIs.

- Monitor and troubleshoot SAP PI translation and message processing.

- Handle integration and troubleshooting with SAP S/4 HANA and legacy systems.

- Monitor and manage open tickets, ensuring prompt resolution or appropriate routing.

Qualifications :

- 7 to 11 years of hands-on SAP PI/PO experience, including both implementation and support projects.

- Proficiency in configuring adapters such as FILE, SOAP, SFTP, Web Services, and APIs.

- Experience with ESR/IR objects on both JAVA and ABAP stacks.

- Demonstrated expertise in complex message map development, IDOC messages, and ABAP proxies.

- Knowledge of SAP PI administrative tasks, including support patches and upgrades.

- Proven track record in incident management, problem management, and handling change requests.

- Experience with S4/HANA projects and multi-tiered SAP environments.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Familiarity with data center migration projects is a plus.

- Knowledge of SLAs and experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow is advantageous.
