Job Location: Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore & Chennai Experience: 10+ years Relevant Experience in Automation Testing : 6+ years Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days Max CTC: 18 LPA to 20 LPA Interested candidate share your resume to prabhu.v@atos.net Primary Skills : Automation Testing with Java Selenium, Design the frame work from the scratch & API Automation Role Description The software development is done in separate Scrum/DevOps teams, that take responsibility for both the functionality and the quality of the delivered software. The ambition is to be a true continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) department, which requires a high level of test automation. The Test Automation Engineer (TAE) participates in the refinement process with all stakeholders to identify risks and define the test approach. During the Scrum sprints the TAE supports the teams by developing new or changed automated tests. In the test phase the TAE will partly aid in the manual testing and setting up of test scenarios. In the acceptance phase the TAE will support the stakeholders with their acceptance tests. Tasks and responsibilities • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives • Participate in the definition of test and quality metrics and the measurement and reporting of these • Architect, develop, and maintain robust, reusable, and scalable automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java • Deliver test criteria and test approach for all refined user stories • Explain the test approach to both stakeholders and developers • Enforce test automation in the scrum sprints, define the minimal required test coverage and reports on coverage and performance • Enforces the required amount of test automation, also when there is significant pressure on timely delivery of roadmap items • Document framework architecture, setup instructions, and usage guidelines for team onboarding • Mentor and support team members in automation best practices and framework usage Expertise Must Have To be successful in this position, it is important that you are strong in analytical and conceptual thinking. You are able to continue and can say no, can influence other developers and decision-makers. To qualify for the position, you match the following requirements: • Minimum 10 years of IT experience with 6+ years of relevant working experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG etc • Proficiency in designing and implementing robust automation framework using Selenium WebDriver with Java for cross-browser testing, parallel execution and CI/CD integration • Proficiency in API testing using RestAssured , Postman , or similar tools • Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber • Experience with agile project management tools like JIRA • Experience with Agile / SCRUM • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle • Proficiency with reporting tools like ExtentReports , Allure , or similar • Experience in implementing best practices for code organization, modularity, and reusability • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Expertise Nice to Have • Familiarity of integrating the automation framework with AI for increased efficiency and self-healing capabilities • Experience in mobile app automation using Appium • Good understanding of JSON, XML , and protocols
