You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional, self-organizing team that values autonomy, agility, and continuous improvement.In this role, you’ll work closely with development leads, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions that drive real business impact.Key Responsibilities- Collaborate within an agile team to design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications. - Translate complex business requirements and user stories into efficient technical solutions. - Write clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code using best practices. - Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot. - Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and design discussions to ensure software quality. - Implement unit, integration, and system tests to ensure reliability and performance. - Provide Level 3 production support and troubleshoot critical issues when needed. - Contribute to technical documentation and team knowledge-sharing. - Collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams in a global environment.Required Skills & Experience- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java development. - Strong proficiency in Java 17 or 21 and object-oriented programming principles. - Deep understanding of Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices architecture, and WebSockets. - Solid knowledge of unit testing, code refactoring, and software design patterns. - Experience with build and CI/CD tools: Maven, Git, Jenkins. - Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, Zookeeper, and PostgreSQL. - Familiarity with Hibernate ORM, YAML configuration, and API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI). - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Knowledge of Reactive Programming (Project Reactor, RxJava). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles. - Understanding of security practices, OAuth2, and JWT. - Exposure to performance tuning and distributed system design.Droisys is an equal opportunity employer.
